— SCREEN PRINTING PROCESS —

1. Initial Quote

We need four pieces of information to get you an initial quote. A general idea of what you want printed, what type of garment you are looking for, how many you need and when you need them. The more specific you can be with these details, the more confidently we can quote you. Submitting even a low resolution JPEG really helps this process.

Screen Printing Step 1-mod

2. Design Proof

Once you decide that our price fits your budget, we get to work on a digital proof of the design. This usually takes a day or two. We will send you 3 or 4 designs mocked up on the actual garment you are looking for, specs on the garment and exact pricing.

Screen Printing Step-2-02

3. Feedback & Final Approval

Once you have a chance to look over the proof, tell us what you think! Maybe we nailed it, maybe we need to go back to the drawing board. Either way, we’ll send you another proof with more options or for final approval. Sometimes this process takes some back and forth before it’s perfect. In some cases we’ll knock out a sample in order to be extra sure we are meeting your needs.

NEVER PURCHASED CUSTOM EMBROIDERED GARMENTS?  BELOW IS A STEP BY STEP GUIDE.

— EMBROIDERY PROCESS —

1. Quoting The Digitizing & Stitch Count

This can typically be done with a simple JPEG. We might need to re-create it once everything is approved. Re-creation depends on the quality of the file and the desired size of the embroidery image.

2. Garment Selection & Pricing

Your final per piece price is the decoration charge plus the garment cost. We have an enormous assortment of garments to choose from. View our products here or come check out the many samples in our showroom. We are big believers in having our customers touch, feel & try on the garments they are purchasing from us. If we don’t have it on hand, we will bring it in for you.

3. Sew Out Schedule & Approval

Once the design is finalized we do a “sew out.” This is exactly what will be put on your garment. We try to get sew outs approved in person, but this can be done via email. If you weren’t happy with the initial sew out, we’ll make changes and give it another shot.

4. Schedule Production

Once the sew out is approved and the garments have been ordered, we get your order on our production schedule.

5. Completion!

Usually within 10-14 days of sew out approval and final garment submission, your order is ready for pickup or delivery! If you need a faster completion, just ask.
